Sinarmas Mining is one of the world-largest natural resources based companies with operations in Indonesian archipelagos. Our subsidiaries in Coal Mining are Berau Coal Energy and Golden Energy Mines and some other mining companies. Currently we operate in three areas: South Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, and Jambi. The Company provides promising prospects for growth in operations and financial performance in the future for a long period. Currently, the Company sells coal to the Indonesian domestic market and export market in meeting customer needs which mainly consists of power plants, paper mills, cement and coal trading companies that purchase coal for resale. Exports made to various customers mainly China, India, and Asean countries. Most of coal sales company based on contract sales agreements of coal, with coal sales prices are negotiated and adjusted every year or shorter period of time based on coal quality and specification with reference to coal prices prevailing in the market. The Company also operates coal trading business, where external coal purchases are carried out spot from various sources were for resale. Looking ahead, the trading business is intended also for the purpose of mixing the coal quality to get quality coal in accordance with the specific needs of customers who come from various target different market segments, both within and outside the country. Our purpose is to be the leading mining company in Indonesia by creating added value to customers & stakeholders.

As a part of the Technology Team, the Engineering Expert is responsible for verifying requirements, coordinating design methodology, and ensuring the delivery of technology based on valid requirements.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• As a part of Technology Team, responsible to verify the requirements, coordinate the design methodology, and delivery activity of Technology based on Valid Requirements given
• Liaise closely with Think Thank/Advisory Team to supervise and/or to execute the translation the business requirements becoming Functional Specification Design
• Act as SCRUM Coach to manage Outline Agreement Contract of Application Development Managed Service and assure the inspirational process has effectively everchanging the way of product delivery (including the most important one, sense of belonging)
• Articulate the use of fit for purpose technology in the solution design and assure maximum benefit gain from the adoption
• Perform necessary research based on pointers given in the requirements and envision of Technology Department with less supervision and able to combine multi-means of technologies such as Hardware/Software/Embedded System/IoT to achieve designated goal including activation of other team contribution
• Actively update the knowledge on Technology and actively proposing the initiative as a part of continual improvement commitment of organization
• Perform the Quality Check on the deliverable of design document and assure the correct implementation of technology as per design
• Establish positive communication with Business Process Owners together with Business Transformation Team as a part of precise detailing process and post Go-Live Feedback
• Proposing and maintaining technology, Artificial Intelligence (AI) model, and Solution Roadmap in accordance to technology department approval including the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) of supporting infrastructures and applications
• Controlling the health of DevSecOps and MLOps Overall Processes and Operation collaboratively with Technology Labs Team
• Assure the integration of each technology component is aligned with the roadmap with the consideration of high value gain yet light operational maintenance
• Assist Solution Operation for stabilization/maturity/reliability process including the evolution of solution and/or technology whenever necessary
