The Learning Coordinator is responsible for developing and managing training programs, ensuring effective learning processes, and monitoring associated costs.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Develop a Training Project Plan for the programs under their responsibility
• Ensure the learning process runs effectively and efficiently through coordination and collaboration with relevant parties (Learning Management, External Partnerships, Trainers, Facility Management, Finance)
• Monitor the costs used for the training programs under their responsibility
• Provide a Training Report to the Learning Management team, including an evaluation of the program (methods, materials, trainers, facilities), pre/post-test results, and costs

• Min. Bachelor degree from Nursing
• Min. 3 years experience working as Ners
• Willing to be placed at Karawaci
