หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

Exim Activities
• Manage exim documentation, and records with attention to accuracy and compliance.
• Input data into the exim system, maintaining an up-to-date and organized database.
• Ensure all exim processes follow internal and external regulatory requirements.
• Continuously improve support and performance with better systems and methods (continuous improvement)

Customer / IC Service & Support
• Provide timely updates on order status and address any issues proactively.
• Serve as a key contact for both internal customers (IC) and external clients regarding exim-related inquiries.
• Continuously improve support and performance with better systems and methods (continuous improvement)

Sample Delivery Support
• Coordinate and manage sample deliveries to the R&D team, ensuring accurate tracking and timely shipment.
• Ensure that sample deliveries align with development timelines and R&D requirements.

Reporting & Analysis
• Support the preparation of exim reports for internal management review.
• Assist in data analysis related to exim processes and performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Maintain and update exim-related catalogs and databases as required.

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum 2 years of experience in export-import administration, procurement, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of exim documentation, ERP systems, and business procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and ERP platforms.
• Prior experience in data input, management, and general administration.
• Able to communicate in English (oral and written).
• Able to coordinate well with other sections/departments in completing work/issues.
• Actively participate in achieving personal and section targets (KPI), as well as in company activities.
• Discipline and understand work process & priorities.
• Firm and has high integrity.
• Responsible and honest.
• Open minded and able to adapt to the work environment.
• Have good learning abilities.
• Providing a positive influence on the work environment (no gossip, no drama) and speaking based on data.
