เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบุคคลมีหน้าที่ในการจัดการเอกสารและการสรรหาบุคลากร รวมถึงการดูแลข้อมูลพนักงานและการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• จัดทำเอกสารเงินสดย่อยของบริษัท
• การสรรหาและคัดสรรบุคลากรที่มีคุณสมบัติตรงต่อความต้องการจากแหล่งข้อมูลต่าง ๆ
• สรุปรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับรายงานเวลาทำงานประจำเดือนของพนักงาน
• สนับสนุนงานของหัวหน้างานฝ่ายบุคคล ในด้านงานเอกสารในแผนก ดูแล ควบคุมกฎระเบียบ และข้อปฏิบัติต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพนักงานให้ตรงตามมาตรฐานของทางบริษัทฯ
• บันทึกข้อมูลพนักงานเข้าใหม่-ลาออกลงระบบ และแจ้งเข้า-ออกพนักงานในระบบประกันสังคม
• ดูแลบริการด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในสำนักงาน กิจกรรมการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ และหน้าที่ด้านกิจการทั่วไป
• ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องและงานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ
• การศึกษาระดับ ปวส-ปริญญาตรี
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในสายงาน 1 ปี ขึ้นไป
• มีความมุ่งมั่น ซื่อสัตย์ทั้งกับตนเองและองค์กร
• มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และทัศนคติที่ดีต่อองค์กร
• มีความรับผิดชอบ ทำงานภายใต้ภาวะกดดันได้ดี
• ความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft ; Word , Excel , PWP
