หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Develop and improve standards for domestic dealer service centers, ensuring alignment with company policies and the KUBOTA Excellence Service (KES) program.
• Plan, establish, and monitor systems for certifying and managing dealer service centers, including initiating projects to enhance dealer operations and service quality.
• Analyze and support dealers to efficiently manage service centers, including developing service systems, data management, and evaluation methods to meet customer and stakeholder expectations.
• Strategically plan and implement communication with customers to enhance the image of service centers and service technicians.
• Continuously improve processes for collecting and utilizing service-related data to optimize dealer service center performance.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial or related field).
• GPAX 2.70 for Bachelor’s degree, and 3.30 for Master’s degree.
• Working upcountry, Communication skills, Managerial skills, Flexibility, Service Mind.
• Be able to work at Navanakorn Industrial Estate.
