Accountable for none-complicated functional area(s) and work closely with employees and line manager to understand business’s challenges and needs of each line functions in order to provide strategic HR solutions to ensure their business achievement and sustainability.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Being a change agent and linkage between employee and manager in the line function
• Develop and implement P&OP strategies and policies to achieve corporate/business objectives
• Contribute to the business strategy especially people strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize and build organization capabilities, behaviors, structure, and process
• Support line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirement in line with the functional / business strategy
• Manage and develop full spectrum of human resources, compliance with labor laws & regulations and corporate policy, all including benefit & welfare, HR administrations, employee relations, human resources development, performance management and reward & recognition programs
• Ensure P&OP policy, procedures, practice and compliance of SCCC and its subsidiary are aligned

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Political Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years working experience in various human resources functions from leading firm
• Knowledge in general human resources, human resources management, human resources development and organization development
• Adept with performance management and investigations
• Highly familiarize with Thai labor laws and legislations
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Demonstrate ability to appropriately challenge and influence stakeholders
• Experience with projects and change management
• Excellent verbal and written communication and Negotiation skills in both Thai and English
