The Warehouse Lead in Manado is responsible for overseeing the warehouse division processes, ensuring KPI targets are met, and coordinating with various external parties.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Set up overall warehouse division process and ensure to achieve KPI target for each division (Inbound/Inventory/Outbound)
• Set up manpower allocation plan based on forecast (monthly, weekly, and daily)
• Coordinate with external parties (Sourcing, Logistics, 3PL, BD, Opex, HR, GA, HSE, Security, etc.)
• Lead improvement initiative
• Monitor and review SOP and work instruction for each process
• Lead problem solving activities in each division
• Control CPO to achieve target

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Required languages: Bahasa Indonesia, English
• Required skill: Excel
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
