From manufacturing of 2 products mainly Original Fishball and Fishcake, we have increased our variety of products such as Fuzhou Fishball, Mala Fishball and even ventured into Singapore Hawker Ready-to-eat Meals to allow Singaporeans staying overseas have a taste of home without compromising on authenticity and quality.

ตำแหน่งงานธุรการสำนักงานในอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร มีหน้าที่ดูแลการสื่อสารกับลูกค้าและจัดการเอกสารต่างๆ โดยมีเวลาทำงานจันทร์ถึงศุกร์ 9.00 น. ถึง 17.00 น.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
•ตอบข้อซักถามของลูกค้า/ การป้อนข้อมูล
•ออกใบเสนอราคาและใบแจ้งหนี้
•จัดการส่งสินค้าให้ลูกค้า
•ส่งใบแจ้งหนี้รายเดือนและเอกสารการทำธุรกรรมให้ฝ่ายบัญชีภายนอกสำหรับสิ้นเดือน รวมถึงภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT)
•จัดการคำสั่งซื้อออนไลน์ B2C (Shopee และ Line Official)
คุณสมบัติ
•Bachelor's Degree
•สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษพื้นฐานได้
•มีประสบการณ์ในงานธุรการอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
