The Junior Art Director will lead the artistic direction of the brand, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing identity across all touchpoints.

• Lead the artistic direction of our brand, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing identity across all touchpoints (graphic design, photo, and video)
• Ensure consistent adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, graphic designer, and content creator, to develop creative concepts that align with brand objectives.
• Develop and oversee the execution of creative campaigns for product launches, promotions, and brand awareness, from ideation to final implementation.
• Provide artistic guidance and mentorship to the design team, fostering creativity and professional growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our brand remains fresh and competitive.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as an Art Director in the lifestyle industry or a related field.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects, demonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Strong understanding of brand identity and the ability to translate brand values into visually compelling campaigns.
• Leadership skills with experience in guiding and mentoring a creative team.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate and present ideas to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, cultural trends, and emerging technologies in the beauty and lifestyle industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment without compromising quality.
