As a Legal Manager at Sertis, you will lead our legal and compliance functions, ensuring that our business operates within the law at all times while providing effective legal advice to executives and leadership.

Your responsibilities will include managing contractual agreements, offering strategic legal counsel, overseeing compliance and governance, and leading the legal team.
• Analyze, draft, revise, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including software licenses, re-seller agreements, confidentiality agreements, service agreements, data protection agreements, alliance agreements, NDAs, and more.
• Supervise the drafting and review of contracts in both English and Thai, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
• Provide accurate and timely advice to executives on legal matters across various areas, such as corporate law, labor law, tax, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with management to devise efficient legal and defense strategies for complex issues.
• Develop, implement, and monitor internal governance policies to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Deliver internal legal training sessions to improve awareness of legal and compliance matters across teams.
• Communicate and negotiate with external stakeholders, such as regulators, external counsel, and public authorities, maintaining strong and trustworthy relationships.
• Act as a liaison between the company and external legal advisors for specialized legal matters.
• Perform advanced legal research using databases and other tools to provide in-depth analyses of laws and regulations.
• Identify legal risks and ensure timely reporting and recommendations for mitigating these risks across business operations.
• Lead the legal team, mentoring legal counsel and overseeing administrative legal functions.
• Maintain organized legal documentation, records, and databases for easy access and retrieval.
คุณสมบัติ
You’ll be successful if you have:
• 7-10 years of professional legal experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Law.
• Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and governance procedures.
• Expertise in labor law.
