We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Business Intelligence to lead our analytics and data engineering teams. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making and unlocking the full potential of our credit business.

Strategy and Vision:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive BI strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Establish a data-driven culture and promote the use of analytics across the organization.
• Identify and prioritize key business questions and opportunities that can be addressed through data analysis.

Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor a team of talented analysts and data engineers.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent.

Data Governance And Quality
• Establish and enforce robust data governance policies and procedures.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Implement data quality checks and monitoring processes.

Analytics And Insights
• Oversee the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions.
• Provide actionable insights to drive business growth, risk management, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.

Data Engineering
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and data warehouses.
• Ensure efficient data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
• Optimize data infrastructure for performance and scalability.

Reporting And Visualization
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Utilize data visualization techniques to communicate insights effectively.

คุณสมบัติ

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, computer science, or engineering).
• 5 – 10 years of experience in big data analysis and business model analysis.
• Proven track record in leading and managing data teams.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
