The GL Accountant is responsible for managing financial packages and reports within the E-commerce segment, ensuring compliance with accounting policies, and supporting tax filings.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial packages and management reports, within the designed scope under E-commerce segment. Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing.
• Ensure financial reporting is prepared in compliance with group & statutory accounting policies.
• Provide support on applicable tax filings and submit on a timely manner.
• Prepare meaningful and good quality analysis on the financial statement.
• Review reconciliation and coordinate with relevant parties to investigate and resolve the differences/issues. Improve existing processes where possible to drive efficiency in the reconciliation and reporting processes.
• Providing support on SOX audit, group audit and local audit.
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is a must.
• At least 3 years of working experience. Big 4 experience is a plus.
• Experience in HFM and Oracle is an advantage. Advanced Excel skills are desired.
• Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Positive and result driven. Good sense of logic and analytical thinking.
• Hands-on and able to drill down to detail to establish / rectify / improve processes.
• Good communication skills, comfortable in using English.
• A fast learner with a positive mindset will be suitable for this role.
