The End User National Accounts Manager (NAM) is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring effective communication between clients and the internal team.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• The development of a relationship of trust between the main existing customers;
• Understand and solve the problems encountered by its customers, in terms of the product or service offered;
• Develop a complete understanding of needs in order to better meet them;
• Anticipate changes in the business environment and its customers;
• Manage communications between customers and the internal team;
• Manage the team in charge of one or more client portfolio(s);
• Plan a strategic plan to improve client results by analyzing relevant data;
• Negotiate contracts and establish a performance schedule;
• Establish and supervise the company's internal budgets and the external budgets of its customers;
• Collaborate with the Sales team to maximize profits through Up-selling or Cross-selling.

คุณสมบัติ

• Education: Engineering and/or Business degree;
• Minimum experience 8++ in sales;
• Fluent in English;
• National and international travel will be required;
• International experience and exposure is a plus;
• Strong in key account management and strategic account;
• Ability to mobilize networks and remote team (Collaboration and teamwork);
• Ability to work in matrix organizations and multicultural environment;
• Strong initiative, self-starter and highly organized;
• Ability to understand and apply industry/market knowledge (macro drivers, significant trends, strategic direction) in client communication and dialog;
• Detailed business financial knowledge and experience within a technical or sales environment;
• Strong contract negotiations and closing skills;
• Ability to navigate a complex (matrix) organization and build strong network.
