The Senior Specialist, Country Patient Safety Responsible is responsible for managing operational processes to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines for pharmacovigilance of Novartis products.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Manage collection, processing, documentation, reporting and follow-up of adverse events reports for all Novartis products. • Transcribe, translate and enter data of Serious Adverse Events and adverse events onto safety systems. • Record and track receipts, submissions and distributions of documents. • Manage reporting/submission/distribution of safety reports/updates/information. • Interact and exchange safety information with relevant parties. • Develop, update and implement local procedures for compliance with global procedures and requirements.

• Functional Breadth work experience. • Collaboration across boundaries. • Operations Management and Execution skills. • Proficiency in databases, employee training, filing, pharmacovigilance, reporting, and safety science. • Proficiency in English language.
