The Operations Manager for the Control Valve Assembly Unit is responsible for establishing, managing, and optimizing the assembly line operations while ensuring adherence to high-quality standards for both processes and products. This role involves facilitating knowledge transfer from the headquarters, preparing and maintaining work instructions and procedures, and implementing ISO-compliant practices to achieve operational excellence.

• Set up and manage the control valve assembly line, ensuring adherence to production, quality, and safety standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized work instructions and procedures to ensure consistency, ISO compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer from the headquarters to local staff, ensuring effective onboarding and training.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure both product and process quality are maintained throughout the operation.
• Oversee production processes to maximize productivity and efficiency while maintaining safety and ISO compliance.
• Perform cycle time and motion studies to streamline processes and optimize assembly operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives and ISO standards are integrated into the operational framework.
• Monitor and control production schedules to align with customer delivery timelines and expectations.
• Establish and drive quality improvement initiatives to align production outcomes with customer expectations and organizational goals.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in operations management, particularly in manufacturing or assembly environments.
• Proven experience in setting up new production/assembly lines and improving operational efficiencies.
• Strong knowledge of time and motion studies, cycle time optimization, and ISO standards.
