หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Coordinates with Construction, Engineer and Designers to ensure all designs and layouts are aligned according to given criteria.
• Overlook at all necessary documents approval related to run the businesses, from the construction to the operation of assigned project.
• Manage and control project timeline and ensuring of the completion of all tasks.
• Ensures quality of works and smooth site handover to the operations team.
• Estimate and control budget, be able to identify the problem and solution.
• Coordinate between stores and third parties for all store maintenance supports.
• Summarize, and analyst budgeting report.
• Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
• At least 2-3 years working experience.
• Knowledge of standard, practices and techniques of project management.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Problem solving skill and can-do attitude.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Basic skills Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
