เกี่ยวกับตำแหน่งนี้
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• กำหนดเป้าหมาย และทำแผนการดำเนินงานของฝ่ายกฎหมาย รวมทั้งงบประมาณประจำปี
• จัดทำ ควบคุม ตรวจสอบงานด้านกฎหมาย นิติกรรมและสัญญาต่าง ๆ
• จัดทำ ควบคุม ตรวจสอบงานขออนุญาตต่าง ๆ ต่อหน่วยงานราชการและนิติบุคคล
• ติดต่อประสานงานหน่วยงานรัฐบาล รัฐวิสาหกิจ และเอกชนเกี่ยวกับการขออนุญาตต่ออายุ แก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงและรายงานต่างๆ
• ให้คำปรึกษาต่อกรรมการผู้จัดการ ผู้บริหาร และพนักงาน ด้านกฎหมาย
คุณสมบัติ
• สำเร็จการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขากฎหมาย
• ผ่านการสอบเนติบัณฑิต
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานกฎหมายในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม 5 ปีขึ้นไป
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
• มีความรอบคอบ ซื่อสัตย์ และสรุปข้อมูลได้ถูกต้อง
• มีทักษะการใช้ MS Office เป็นอย่างดี
• มีทักษะด้านภาษาอังกฤษเป็นอย่างดี

The Royal Can Industries Co., Ltd. was established on 24 August 1979 with registered capital in the amount of 25 million baht to operate the business of metal cans production managed by Mr. Thavee Thanawatcharangkoor. Later in 2013, the company increased its registered capital in the amount of 300 million to support the expansion of the business of packaging for canned food to meet the needs of customers and fulfill the needs of the market adequately. In addition to the Metal Cans products, the company also has expanded into Flexible Packaging and Aluminum Cans, which these 2 types of new products are both in the form of color printing and monochrome. It can fit a wide range of products such as seafood, vegetables, fruits and juices.
