The International Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and pursuing growth opportunities in foreign markets, developing strategies for market penetration, and managing relationships with clients and partners.

• Conduct market studies to identify potential opportunities in foreign markets.
• Analyze trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
• Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and optimize growth.
• Create roadmaps for product/service localization.
• Identify and negotiate with external partners, distributors, or agents outside Indonesia.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Drive sales initiatives and meet revenue targets for international regions.
• Develop proposals, presentations, and business cases tailored to the market.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and trade policies.
• Manage risks associated with international business operations.
• Adapt business strategies to align with cultural, social, and economic conditions.
• Allocate resources effectively and manage budgets for market expansion projects.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or business development, especially in international contexts.
• Able to travel outside Indonesia.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and practices.
• Strong network in global markets and industries.
• Strong understanding of international trade, business models, and financial principles.
• Ability to navigate and build relationships across diverse cultures.
• Proficiency in closing deals and forming partnerships.
• Deep understanding of global economic trends and consumer behavior.
• Expertise in long-term planning and execution.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
