• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization’s overall mission and objectives.
• Advise executive leadership on HR trends, workforce planning, and organizational development strategies.
• Lead change management efforts and ensure the organization's adaptation to evolving workforce needs.
• Oversee recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee growth and accountability.
• Develop leadership development programs and succession planning initiatives.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
• Act as a mediator for employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
• Champion diversity initiatives across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
• Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal requirements.
• Oversee workplace safety, risk management, and employee welfare programs.
• Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation structures and benefits programs.
• Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure the organization remains competitive in its industry.
• Establish and track key HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs.
• Prepare and present HR-related reports to senior CEO and stakeholders.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
