The Graphic Designer Specialist (UI/UX) is responsible for designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, creating visual concepts, conducting user research, and collaborating with teams to enhance user experience.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are visually appealing and easy to navigate.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate your design ideas effectively.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys, and translate insights into wireframes and prototypes.
• Design and iterate on UI components such as menus, widgets, icons, and user interaction animations.
• Develop visual concepts and create designs for websites, applications, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to ensure a seamless integration of visual elements and user experience.
• Create engaging graphics, icons, illustrations, and visuals for web pages, landing pages, and promotional content.
• Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and refine designs based on results.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the design is implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Continuously improve the UI/UX of products based on user interaction data and feedback.
• Work closely with CEO and Lead Visual Designer to design and implement features.
• Present design concepts and provide rationales for your decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in UI/UX design, graphic design, and technology.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Equivalent practical experience in the field may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design with a focus on UI/UX.
• Proven portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects for web and mobile applications.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, and InVision is a plus.
• Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate designs accordingly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
