We are seeking a creative and passionate Women’s Fashion Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing innovative and trendsetting women’s apparel collections that align with our brand identity.

What You Will Do,
• Research current fashion trends, materials, and consumer preferences.
• Develop sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings for production.
• Select fabrics, embellishments, color palettes, and materials for each design.
• Ensure all designs meet the brand’s aesthetic and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to select fabrics, colors, and materials.
• Partner with marketing teams to align designs with customer expectations and market strategy.
• Monitor global fashion trends, trade shows, and competitors.
• Incorporate innovative ideas into collections to stay ahead in the market.
• Present collections to management and contribute to seasonal planning.

คุณสมบัติ

What We Look For,
• D3 / S1 / Equivalent work experience in Fashion Design.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD programs).
• Strong creativity and understanding of women’s fashion trends.
• Understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and textiles.
• Precise communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for fashion and an understanding of consumer behavior.
