The Administrative Assistant, Regulatory Affairs (Diagnostics) will provide specialized administrative support to executives, managers, and staff, ensuring efficient project management and coordination across departments.
• Provide specialized administrative support to help executives, managers, and staff with complex tasks and duties
• Handle special administrative projects as needed
• Maintain and organize databases and filing systems
• Assist in managing tasks to ensure projects are completed on time
• Analyze problems, come up with solutions, gather and analyze data, and prepare reports and recommendations
• Coordinate activities between different departments and external parties
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
