The National Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, analyzing market trends, and driving revenue growth in the medical field.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
• Set sales targets for the team, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate regional sales managers and the national sales team.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the sales department.
• Drive revenue growth by ensuring high performance in both existing and new market segments.
• Manage sales resources, ensuring efficient allocation of the sales team across regions.
• Identify and recommend product/service improvements based on market feedback.
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment on product launches and promotions.

คุณสมบัติ

• Candidate must have processed at least a bachelor's degree, preferably a master's degree or above, from a reputable university.
• Experience more than 7 years in sales related medical field.
• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge of sales growth techniques.
