Sellers can reach us at our 1000+ partnering retail sites or directly through our in-house technical specialist team, buyers can purchase by joining our sales network, and our team processes this recirculation through our infrastructure including our quality diagnostic tools, order management system, and optimized logistics. As part of the circular economy, Remobie further contributes to this green initiative by working with Tonmai Organization to plant 1 tree for each device that is circulated with us.
เกี่ยวกับตำแหน่งนี้
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Owning daily, weekly, and ad hoc operations performance reporting.
• Monitoring all key operational KPIs to ensure that targets are met.
• Supporting Operations Management on optimizing KPI targets.
• Understanding required operations flow and developing new Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Evaluating and improving order processing efficiency.
• Identifying and improving on any process or data management loopholes.
• Working with internal teams (including business development, accounting, developer) on improvement projects.
คุณสมบัติ
• Results-oriented.
• Strong logic.
• Advanced excel skills.
• Strong organization skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Genuine interest in second-hand electronics.
• Fluency in Thai and English.
• 0-2 years of work experience in operations.
