Manage and control the Financial Accounting, Tax and Treasury Team to ensure efficient month-end closing and treasury operations, fulfilling internal stakeholder needs in accordance with local Accounting Standards and IFRS.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Preparing Statutory financial reports, Corporate income tax and submissions to relevant government entities.
• Ensure an accurate and timely on all financial Accounting data for monthly, quarterly, annual submission to both Head Office and local statutory requirements are completely & timely filed.
• Ensure monthly, quarterly and year end close with proper account analysis and reconciliation.
• Maintain banking relationships and Cash flow forecast to ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements and forward contract.
• Liaise and coordinate for the Internal Control testing activity, and Internal Audit, also external audit requirement.
• Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance Department activities.
• Lead & coordinating with outsourcing accounting team “IBM-India” to ensure on time & accuracy accounting operation.
• Lead and supervise 4 accounting team members, GL/AP/Payment/Treasury to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advice on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.
• Collaborates with the other finance department managers to support overall department goals and objectives.
• Supports other adhoc assignment.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
• Certify Financial Statement as the companies’ CPD & Accountant as required by Department of Business Development, and Revenue Code.
• At least 10 years experience in month end closing activities and treasury Preferred in FMCG Industry.
• JDE/SAP/R3 and Fusion knowledge.
• Proficiency in English communications.
• Good analytical skill and business senses.
• Good communication and leadership together with teamwork attitude.
