We're seeking a skilled and customer-focused Software Engineer (L3 Support) to join our dynamic team, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of the expected solution to meet clients' needs, maintaining high-quality web applications. You will work closely with our development, product and customer success teams to resolve issues, enhance the user experience and contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications, including both front-end and back-end components.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the successful delivery of the solution according to expectations.
- Ensure the quality of the source code for all developments within your scope of responsibility.
- Maintainable and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. Perform code reviews.
- Conduct unit testing and actively participate in integration testing, functional testing,
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and development managers, to deliver high-quality products.
- Mentor and coach junior developers.
- Contribute to enhancing norms, processes, and development techniques.
- Play a role in delivering innovative functionalities.
- Stay informed and conduct research on emerging technologies that can enhance the solution.

คุณสมบัติ

- A talented full-stack developer with 5- 7 years of working experience in the IT sector.
- Over 5-7 years’ experience in software analysis, design, and development
- Computer skills including;
o Object Oriented Analysis/Design
o Node.js, Express.js, Vue js, React js, Next js, Nest js
o PHP - Laravel
o Python
o HTML,CSS,JS
o Web Services, AJAX, XML, RESP, SOAP
o MYSQL, Postgres, NO SQL
- Experience with program/software development.
- Experience with API or web services connectivity.
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Work remotely and hybrid
- Minimum Bachelor degree in related course, from renowned university, and/or impressive work experience would be beneficial
- Willing to relocate to Bangkok
