Legal Officer

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of legal documents in both Thai and English versions to ensure that those contracts and agreements are legally sound and protect the company’s interests and coordinate with business units for contract negotiations across various legal fields (e.g. EPC or Turnkey Agreement, Service Agreement, Supply Agreement, NDA and so on).
• Assist business units in resolving contractual disputes and managing commercial legal issues.
• Identify and manage legal risks associated with the company’s operations.
• Offer legal advice across multiple domains, such as general commercial law, labour law, and intellectual property law and so on to ensure the company’s operations shall be run in a lawful manner.
• Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company’s business.
• Checklists/guidelines developed from legal obligations delivered to the companies for assessment/practices.
• Identify the non-compliance issues found from audit process as the leading indicator in order to close the gaps and design for prevention control.
• Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
คุณสมบัติ
• A lawyer’s license is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Law (Master's degree preferred).
• 3-6 years of experience practicing law and compliance filed, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical legal advice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment and to work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in legal research tools.
• Good to Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
