We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SDET Lead to join our team. As an SDET Lead, you will be responsible for leading our testing team, designing test strategies, and ensuring the highest quality of software delivery.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Lead and mentor a team of SDETs, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Develop and implement test strategies, methodologies, and frameworks to ensure robust software quality.
• Coordinate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to align testing efforts with project timelines and objectives.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous testing and quick feedback loops.
• Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
• Define and track key quality metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts, to ensure high standards are met.
• Perform thorough regression testing, manual testing, and exploratory testing as needed.
• Review and improve existing test processes, tools, and frameworks.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing using katalon in a lead or senior role.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and testing frameworks.
