Key Responsibilities:

• Use data analysis to track performance metrics and measure the impact of process changes.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote best practices in process improvement.
• Develop documentation, including process maps, reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform process enhancement strategies.
• Support change management initiatives and ensure smooth implementation of new processes.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt).
• Experience in project management.
• Knowledge of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
