The Business Development Manager is responsible for sourcing locations for store expansion, negotiating rental agreements, and analyzing sales performance to enhance business growth.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Source location at shopping mall for expansion store.
• Negotiation for rental price, location for permanent / temporary unit area with shopping mall.
• Negotiation for the pop up or exhibition area, media promotions with the shopping mall.
• Communication with fit out team for new store, relocation, downsizing, closing for permanent unit & for temporary.
• Review and analyze sales performance for all stores, all brand, analyze EBIT & P/L for all stores - each brand & how to increase the sales performance.
• Review offering letter from mall, Letter of intent (LOI), Lease agreement.
• Source a new mall, and survey the location that offer from the landlord mall.
• Discussion with owner / top management, operational dept for the location offering or space from mall, whether for new store / relocation.
• Survey for the location offer from mall.
• Maintain good relationship with shopping mall.
• Analyze the market whether it will be match with our brands & target customer.
คุณสมบัติ
• Have a minimum of 4 years experience in marketing and leasing, preferably in a retail mall environment.
• Minimum education S1 graduate from Marketing, Business or equivalent.
• Have good communication, negotiation and service skills.
• Understand the letters of agreement, leases, contracts at the Mall.
• Have computerization skills (Microsoft Office) and good communication.
• Can join immediately.
