• Minimum education S1 in any field
• 2-3 years of experience in collection or remedial
• Knowledge of Collection System
• Knowledge of data analysis techniques for billing trends
• Knowledge of Ms. Excel
• Negotiation skills and proper billing techniques
• Knowledge of conflict management
• Understanding of the regional map and willingness to be placed in Klaten
