The HSE Officer will be responsible for ensuring a safe work environment by conducting inspections, enforcing safety guidelines, and coordinating with government departments.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Continuous inspection of project sites, to ensure a hazard-free environment
• Verification of tools and equipment to ensure good quality
• Creating and enforcing safety guidelines and programs
• Manages all communications with government departments in regards of safety
• Arranges OSHA-mandated evaluations of the site
• Coordinates all issues regarding hazardous materials or waste
• Establishing and maintaining health and safety communication structures

คุณสมบัติ

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Experience of Working in Land Development Project is a Plus
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Able to do Job analysis, HIRA in the project area
• Having minimal 3 years in Safety specifically handling project safety in construction or in Fire System project
• AK3 certified from Kemenaker
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent
• Able to make CSMS
