The Drafter will be responsible for preparing design drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings, as well as working with designers and engineers to develop construction plans and blueprints. They will also be involved in delivering progress reports and working in various environments.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Preparing Design Drawing, Shop Drawing & As Built Drawing
• Calculating Quantity of work based on drawing is a plus
• Working with designers & engineer to develop construction plans and blueprints
• Preparing & Delivering progress reports
• Working at a client’s business, on a construction site or in an office, often outdoors or in noisy, dusty and cramped conditions.

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum SMK in Civil / Structural engineering, construction, building/ related field with minimum 3 years of progressively responsible work experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
• Experience design drawings with programs such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape
• Experience on develop site plan of residence area/real estate building
• Knowledge of engineering of Building, Civil, Structure, Architecture
• Knowledge of building and construction
• Design skills and knowledge
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Thinking and reasoning skills
• Able to use a computer and the main software packages competently
• Fresh Graduate are welcomed to apply
