PT Varley Indonesia commenced operations in 2004 as a specialist in complete valve refurbishment. This was in response to the growing needs for valve service and maintenance in the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Geothermal, Industrial, Petro Chemical and Process Industries throughout the Indonesian Regions.

The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for establishing new markets and key customers, overseeing sales and strategic marketing activities, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

• Establish new market & key customer for the company
• Responsible for all sales, strategic marketing activities
• Accountable for individual and team sales target
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
• Responsible for developing sales department to sustain the business growth
• Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly

คุณสมบัติ

• Candidate must process at least Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or have marketing background.
• At least 5 year work experience in similar position.
• Have strong Networking in Power Plant Area, Oil and Gas, Geothermal Customer.
• Familiar Technical Equipment especially Valve Product and Valve Repair.
• Familiar to handle Sales Marketing & Bussiness Development
• Excellent communication and presentation skill
• Must Knowledgeable in MS Office Apllication
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
• Have strong motivation, salesmanship personality, hardworking, target oriented, and good appearance.
• Able to work independently and team, able to work underpressure
• Familiar with bidding stage.
• Ready for doing business traveling
• Willing to be place in Jatiuwung – Tangerang
