The Technical Support Staff (Fish Feed) position involves providing technical solutions and support to fish farmers and aquaculture operators, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively use fish feed products.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Identify customer needed to upgrade their knowledge.
• Provide technical solutions related to the use of fish feed to fish farmers or aquaculture operators.
• Respond to inquiries and address customer complaints regarding fish feed products.
• Conduct field visits to fish farms to offer on-site consultation.
• Build and deliver training program to upgrade, refresh knowledge and knowledge sharing for sales team.
• Work closely with the sales and production teams to identify market needs and provide technical input regarding products.
• Gathering data about feed, animals and issues happened during one life cycle and process it and build rapport for respective parties.
• Responsible to handling Customer Action Request (CAR), and response to it ASAP (less than half day). Gives suggestion for problem occur in line with animal rearing or any issue related with it.
• Build program that can attract customer as after sales service program.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries.
• Minimum of 2 years of technical experience in the aquaculture or fish feed industry.
• In-depth knowledge of fish nutrition and aquaculture systems.
• Understanding of trends and market needs in the fish feed industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations.
