The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities. In addition to reporting all financial and operations information to company management, this candidate is responsible for support head office about all activity in the branch.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Maintain financial responsibility for all expenses, wages, and asset management
• Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement
• Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales at the branch
• Drive the Branch’s overall KPI, revenue generation and optimization of cost
• Ensure full compliance of all regulatory and internal governance, drive service excellence and act as a role model in protecting the company reputation
• Control Branch activities to build team spirit and teamwork among employees.
• Ensure branch sales optimization and cost efficiency operation

คุณสมบัติ

• Have experience as of Branch Manager Industry Distribution or FMCG Industry minimum of 3 years
• Have experience for control Sales, Finance and supply chain
• Deep understanding of BPOM knowledge
• Able to process data and percentages using MS. office
• Education minimum Bachelor's degree all mayor
