The Radio Control Room Staff is responsible for mapping out the overall activities of ship navigation, ensuring communication with ships, monitoring ship movements, coordinating with relevant parties, inputting data, reporting conditions and emergencies, providing technical advice, and assisting in the smooth operation of ships.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Map out the overall activities of ship navigation.
• Ensure communication with ships and provide regular reports via radio or other communication devices.
• Monitor ship movements and be responsible for completing daily ship activity reports.
• Coordinate with Shipper, Agent, Crew regarding ship movement reports and other issues.
• Input data on all ship activities in TELIS.
• Receive and immediately report any conditions, requests, or other emergencies to the ship's PIC.
• Provide information on sailing areas, ports, and technical advice.
• Perform other tasks as instructed by the Radio Room Coordinator to assist in the smooth operation of ships.
• Implement Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs to control HSE risks.
คุณสมบัติ
• Minimum Diploma in Maritime Transportation.
• Familiar with Tug/Barge/Transhipment/Long Hauling operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Possess certificates in Radar Simulator, ARPA Simulator, GMDSS, SOU, GOC, and Operational Use ECDIS.
• Able to work well with others.
• Location placement in Asam-Asam, South Kalimantan (candidates residing in Asam Asam are preferred).
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in ISM Code.
• Proficient in ISO 9001, 45001, 14001.
• Able to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
