The HSE Coordinator at Site Asam Asam is responsible for ensuring that policies and procedures are up to date and communicated to the crew, conducting internal audits, investigating accidents and incidents, monitoring safety performance, and assisting the Head of Department QHSE in daily tasks.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Ensure that policies and procedures are up to date and communicated to the crew
• Conduct internal audits ISM and ISPS Code
• Investigate accidents and incidents, create reports, ensure corrective and preventive actions are taken, and distribute safety flash to all ships
• Review ship reports, identify and analyze issues, and provide recommendations
• Verify HIRADC and environmental impacts on the ship
• Conduct training for ship crew and evaluate training results
• Monitor non-conformities and ensure corrective/preventive actions are completed
• Monitor the validity of SMC and ISSC certificates
• Supervise the implementation of company QHSE procedures in the QHSE department and site operations
• Analyze statistical trends in QHSE program performance and report to QHSE Manager
• Conduct routine visits to ships to check safety equipment, fire extinguishers, and ISM Code implementation
• Review and approve ship-related HSE requests and improvements
• Attend external meetings with clients
• Monitor and analyze safety performance and report monthly
• Assist the Head of Department QHSE in daily tasks

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum education of Bachelor's Degree in HSE, Environmental Engineering, or Marine Engineering
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Preferably have at least 3 years of experience as an HSE in the shipping industry at the supervisor/senior staff level
• Willing to be placed in Asam Asam, South Kalimantan
• Certified in ISM Code and ISPS Code
• Auditor SMKP certification is preferred
• AK3 Umum certification is preferred
• Training of Trainer (TOT) certification is preferred
• ISO 9001, ISO 45001, 14001 certifications
