The Finance Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring finance work on site, preparing financial reports, managing petty cash, negotiating payments, and ensuring administrative order.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for monitoring finance work on site
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management
• Monitor cash flow transactions
• Manage petty cash on site according to budget needs
• Negotiate with relevant parties regarding payments
• Crosscheck invoice details and offers from agents
• Prepare and ensure payment of agency invoices for ships
• Update outstanding agency invoices
• Create a summary of agency ship costs per shipment
• Ensure administrative order, filing, and document handover to the accounting department

คุณสมบัติ

• Willing to be placed in Asam Asam, South Kalimantan
• Minimum education of D3/S1 in Accounting/Economics
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field
• Experience in finance for ship agency/transportation/logistics is preferred
• Proficient in finance work, cash flow, accounting programs, Microsoft Office, and Excel
• Able to work with tight deadlines, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Able to work in a team
