The Business Head will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies for offline and online stores to achieve sales and profitability goals. They will oversee daily operations, manage multiple categories, analyze store performance, and identify opportunities for growth.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Develop and implement business offline store & online business strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Perform Daily Operations - Oversee staff management, inventory control, and compliance with operational procedures.
• Integrated Solution Management - Ensure seamless integration of all business at offline store and online business strategy, including sales strategies, marketing efforts, performance analysis, and financial oversight.
• Manage multiple category simultaneously, ensuring the target are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Analyze store performance and provide strategic recommendations for optimization and improvement.
• Proactively identify opportunities for category growth and upselling of additional products.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the store performance.
• Build and grow relationships with customers, partners, head office management team, and business stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, etc.
• 3-5 years of combined experience in retail and e-commerce.
• Entrepreneurial
• Proven track record in leading teams and driving sales.
• Good with numbers and using data to make decisions.
• Energetic, positive, and customer-focused.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Organized and Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
