The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the JV Company is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects, including finance, banking, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance, while ensuring the company's financial health and strategic growth.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for Finance, Banking, Accounting, Budgeting, Forecasting and Tax.
• Developing and managing a budget and ensuring compliance with financial regulations, negotiating loans, ensuring sufficient cash flow to sustain growth, enhancing working capital.
• Review day to day finance operations, review AR Aging and release payment to suppliers.
• Review and analyze monthly financial statements.
• Review monthly management report to Top Management and Holding Company.
• Analyze profit and loss by projects and ensure all projects have profit as expected.
• Provide company presentation material and financial information.
• Prepare annual and five years projection.
• Review yearly budget.
• Involve in the analysis of new projects and new investments.

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum a bachelor's degree in accounting or other finance-related studies.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Big 4 Public Accounting Firm.
• Minimum 12 years of working experience in finance accounting, with at least 3 years in a management position.
• Have strong experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
• Deep understanding of accounting and taxation regulations.
• Preferable have experience in shipping industry.
• Experience in financial risk management and cash flow management.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate financial performance and make strategic recommendations.
• High integrity and strong professional ethics.
• Proven managerial abilities in leading finance teams, managing projects, and collaborating with various departments.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive and initiative in facing financial challenges and creating innovative solutions.
• Think strategically with the ability to see the big picture while also paying attention to operational details.
• Resilience and ability to work under pressure with frequently changing priorities.
• Experience with ERP system.
