The Tender Specialist is responsible for managing the tendering process, ensuring high-quality submissions, and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Monitor tender portals, government websites, and other sources for new tender opportunities.
• Review potential tenders to assess their suitability based on the company's expertise and business strategy.
• Coordinate and prepare high-quality tender documents, including technical and financial proposals.
• Liaise with internal teams (finance, legal, project management, technical experts) to collect the necessary data and ensure accurate, compliant submissions.
• Ensure all tender documents are completed to a high standard, meeting all submission requirements and deadlines.
• Develop a project plan for each tender, outlining tasks, timelines, and responsible parties.
• Manage communication with the client or tendering authority for clarifications or additional information.
• Ensure that all necessary approvals are obtained before submission.
• Follow up on submitted tenders and manage post-tender negotiations and clarifications.
• Analyze and provide feedback on successful and unsuccessful bids to improve future tender processes.
• Maintain a database of tenders, including key data points and outcomes for future reference.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to support collaborative bidding efforts.
• Ensure continuous communication with key stakeholders to keep them informed throughout the tender process.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Management Construction.
• Having experience in tendering construction project or light gauge steel project.
• Min 5 (Five) year experience in O&G/ Petrochemical/ Power/ Mining Industry. Having experience in dealing with project organization with multiple disciplines and functions.
• Technically strong in construction planning, schedule, cost control, forecasting and reporting.
• Effective Communication and negotiation skills.
• Always having initiatives for continues improvement.
• Problem Solving.
• Result Oriented.
• Proficiency in using tendering platforms and MS Office Suit.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
