The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for developing project plans, leading project teams, managing budgets, ensuring quality control, and maintaining compliance with regulations in the construction industry.

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Collaborate with the project team to establish goals, objectives, and milestones.
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary project team, providing guidance and support.
• Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Provide regular project updates and address client concerns promptly.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial goals.
• Identify and address potential cost overruns and implement corrective actions.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
• Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify workmanship and quality of construction.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
• Monitor progress and implement adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction activities.
• Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure subcontractors adhere to project specifications and timelines.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience more than 10 years as a Senior Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in housing, Apartement, or hotel project for minimum 5 years
• Fluent in English
• Have Experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction).
• Strong knowledge end to end construction project
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools (Ms Project).
• Has SKA, POP or POM certificate
• Placement Sumbawa
• Can Join ASAP
