The Purchasing Staff is responsible for managing all purchasing-related activities, ensuring compliance with procedures, and maintaining supplier relationships.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Responsible for All Purchase related job
• Implementing the instruction, regulation, procedure related purchasing job
• Setting up SOP/Standard template of purchasing related work
• Maintaining and updating the data base of qualified suppliers
• Evaluating and confirming the new suppliers application (to be our qualified suppliers)
• Performing the suppliers annual audit
• Assisting All Division to negotiate with suppliers
• Assisting All Division to review the agreement/contract from suppliers
• Maintaining good relationship with related government
• Completing related task assigned by Operations
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil or Industry) is A MUST
• Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
• Have experience in handling Procurement for container
• Strong knowledge of procurement principles, supplier management, and negotiation.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence
• Have a good skill in communication and maintain good relationship with vendor
• Have a positive, Can-do attitude
• Able to work under pressure
• Good Communication in English both oral and written
• Willing to work on a tight schedule.
• Willing to be placed at Cakung, East Jakarta
