The HRGA Supervisor will provide leadership to the HRGA team, oversee recruitment processes, maintain employee attendance and payroll, and handle general administration of human resources.

• Provide leadership and direction to the HRGA team, including OB, Expats Driver, and generalists.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate interviews, and job offers.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
• Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Advise and guide employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining employee attendance, monthly payroll processes, overtime, leave, tax 21 PPh.
• Responsible for controlling, monitoring and reporting BPJS Health using the EDABU System and BPJS Manpower using the SIPP online system.
• Responsibility for hiring process including set up the screening schedule with manager and final interview schedule with President Director.
• Do the general administration of human resources such as prepare document for new comer and for resignation employee, maintaining personal file employee, employee evaluation document.
• Monitoring, controlling and reporting the legal compliance report.
• Good communication, expected to speak well of the company, communicate with peers and supervisor in a respectful and professional manner, exhibit mature behavior in dealing with ambiguous situations.
• Other related tasks assigned by employer including general affairs and human resources before dedicated managers are hired.
• Taking care of all the company's operational needs.
• Handle recruitment process including applicant screening and interview.
• Building maintenance and office environment.
• Control and manages corporate document especially those related to cooperation agreements and legal contracts.
คุณสมบัติ
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Legal.
• Strong knowledge of integrated HR framework and general affairs.
• Has minimum 8 years’ experience in HR Role.
• Understand and have an experience in HRIS Management System.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, including outlook, word, excel, PowerPoint, email and online applications.
• Ability to maintain of high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Strong time management.
• Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work.
• Good Communication in English both oral and written.
• Able to work in team or individuals.
