• Conduct presentations and meetings with clients to showcase the company’s capabilities.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals and bids for projects.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
• Collaborate with the project management and engineering teams to ensure proposals meet client needs and company capabilities.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with new business opportunities.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development activities.
• Work closely with the marketing, project management, and engineering teams to align efforts and achieve business objectives.
• Provide insights and feedback to improve company services and client satisfaction.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build a professional network.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of the construction industry, including market dynamics, key players, and regulatory environment.
• Understanding of Light Gauge Steel Structure.
• Experience with large-scale construction projects.
• Established network of contacts within the construction industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good Communication in English.
