Customer Care 4W position requires a candidate with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field, at least 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in automotive, strong communication and relationship-building skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and based in Jabodetabek.
