PT. Telmark Integrasi Indonesia is seeking a Team Leader for Telemarketing Leasing with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Manage day to day operation on the call center and logistics Hire, train, and monitor telesales agents Implement procedures to improve overall operations and meet SLA’s and sales target Managing and optimizing call center Analyze key operations metrics to determine KPI and SLA for telesales agents
• Responsive and initiative Good teamwork Ability to multitask and execute in a fast-paced, team-oriented and sales driven environment Working knowledge of managing telesales team using CRM & Telesales system
• Willing to Work in Shifting Schedule (Shifting Day & Public Holiday)
• Achieve target and KPI Agreed

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum Diploma Degree Highly motivated & Discipline Ready to work under pressure Have a good communication skill
• Experienced Telemarketing ( Leasing & Finance) Min. 2 year
• Excellent Communication Skill & Problem Solving
• Have Knowledge in Leasing /Finance
