As a Payment Solutions Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers in understanding and managing their payment options. You will work with internal teams and customers to provide effective and efficient solutions in handling payment-related issues.

• Make phone calls or follow up via chat with customers regarding payment methods and billing processes.
• Provide clear and accurate information about payment policies, including terms and conditions.
• Execute appropriate and accurate billing processes.
• Analyze customer issues and provide insights for customers regarding delays.
• Identify and resolve issues related to customer payments and refunds.
• Compile payment proof reports.
คุณสมบัติ
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Possess AFPI or SPPI Professional Certification.
• Work experience in billing, finance, or customer service.
• Good communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Analytical skills and ability to solve problems.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
Skills:
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Knowledge of current financial regulations and policies.
