The General Manager is responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. They oversee all aspects of company operations, manage a large operational team, and ensure that products and services meet quality standards and comply with regulations. The General Manager also builds partnerships with suppliers and other partners to support smooth and sustainable operations.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
• Monitor and manage a large operational team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, staff development, and conflict management
• Oversee all aspects of company operations, including management, customer service, and logistics
• Manage operational budget and identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency
• Ensure that products and services meet quality standards and comply with regulations
• Develop plans to address operational disruptions and ensure business continuity in emergency or crisis situations
• Provide monitoring reports to senior executives and execute monitoring reports to subordinates
• Build and maintain partnerships with suppliers and other partners to support smooth and sustainable operations
• Provide leadership and training to achieve company goals
• Implement and maintain preventive maintenance programs
คุณสมบัติ
• Minimum Bachelor's degree preferred in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Communications
• Must include photo and biodata in CV
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
• 15 years of work experience in Operational Manager / General Manager or similar positions
• Ability to lead teams, motivate staff, and build an efficient and collaborative work culture
• Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and formulate strategies based on the analysis results
• Effective communication skills with various parties, including team members, executive management, and external partners
• Ability to make quick and accurate decisions in changing situations
• Results-oriented, innovative, and able to make the right decisions
• Flexible and adaptable to change, with the ability to work under pressure
